Rosemary Cashews

these rosemary cashews are simple to make, delicious, and addictive. They make a wonderful gift for friends and family!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spread the cashews in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast for 5 minutes.
  • While the nuts are roasting, combine butter, rosemary, salt and cayenne pepper.
  • As soon as the cashews come out of the oven, add them to the glass bowl and toss in the butter mixture until coated.
  • Serve them warm, then store in an airtight container.
