Rosemary Cashews
these rosemary cashews are simple to make, delicious, and addictive. They make a wonderful gift for friends and family!

- 1 pound raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the cashews in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast for 5 minutes.
While the nuts are roasting, combine butter, rosemary, salt and cayenne pepper.
As soon as the cashews come out of the oven, add them to the glass bowl and toss in the butter mixture until coated.
Serve them warm, then store in an airtight container.
