Easy Beer Bread
The easiest and most delicious beer bread with only 3 ingredients!

- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1 bottle/can beer (doesn't really matter what kind. I typically use Dos Equis, Corona, or Shiner)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter optional
Mix flour, sugar and beer together until well blended.
I use a stand mixer, but you can certainly mix by hand or with a hand mixer.
Grease 1 large loaf pan or 3-4 mini loaf pans, and pour batter in, distributing batter evenly.
Pour 3 tablespoons melted butter over the top of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes depending on your oven.
